Welcome to Goddess Made Hair LLC (“Goddess Made Hair,” “we,” “us,” “our”). We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) to provide you with a curated shopping experience. Our store is powered by Shopify.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services, including any purchase you make through our website. By visiting, browsing, interacting with, or purchasing from our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (posted on our website).

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2) Eligibility & Account Responsibility

By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence (or you have parental consent). If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information (including email, shipping, billing, and phone number) and to update it promptly if it changes.

3) Products, Descriptions & Custom Orders

We specialize in custom glueless wigs, ready-to-wear wigs, and premium human hair extensions.

• Custom Glueless Wigs are made-to-order and typically require 10–14 business days for construction and styling (unless otherwise stated on the product page).

• Product images and descriptions are provided for reference. Color, curl pattern, lace tint, density, and styling may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and the handcrafted nature of our products.

• We reserve the right to update product descriptions, pricing, availability, or discontinue products at any time.

4) Orders, Acceptance & Cancellations

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order in our discretion. An order is not accepted until payment is processed and we confirm acceptance.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. If we need to modify, cancel, or cannot accept an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information you provided (email and/or phone number).

5) Pricing, Payments & Chargebacks

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Promotions may be subject to separate terms.

Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback without contacting our support team first is a violation of these Terms. If you have an issue, contact us at contact@goddessmadehair.com so we can work toward a resolution before a dispute is filed.

6) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events outside our control, or for issues caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Once your order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you (to the extent permitted by law). Tracking details are typically sent by email.

7) Returns & Exchanges

For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs, hair extensions, or bundles once the lace has been cut, combed, installed, altered, or otherwise used.

If your item arrives defective or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@goddessmadehair.com. We may request photos or video for verification. If approved, we may offer an exchange, replacement, or store credit in accordance with our published Refund Policy.

8) Wig Care & Maintenance

You are responsible for maintaining your wigs and extensions according to our care instructions. Improper maintenance, coloring, chemical processing, or excessive heat can reduce product lifespan and may void any warranty or claim.

9) SMS/Text Messaging Terms (YSMS)

If you choose to opt in to receive SMS/text messages from Goddess Made Hair LLC (the “SMS Program”), you agree to the terms below. Our SMS Program may be delivered through YSMS, an SMS marketing app for Shopify .

9.1 Program Description

By opting in, you consent to receive transactional and/or marketing text messages from Goddess Made Hair, which may include:

• order and shipping updates,

• customer service responses,

• promotions, product launches, special offers,

• cart reminders and browse/checkout follow-ups.

9.2 Consent & Autodialed Messages

You agree that by providing your mobile number and completing the opt-in process, you provide consent to receive recurring text messages from Goddess Made Hair. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology (where permitted by law and applicable to the campaign type). TCPA rules apply to marketing texts and require appropriate consent .

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

9.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions (orders, account activity) and marketing cadence. (We do not guarantee a specific number of messages per month.)

9.5 Opt-Out (STOP) and Help (HELP)

In some cases (including certain sender types), an unsubscribe link may be provided in the message and may be used to opt out.

9.6 Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9.7 Eligibility & Phone Number Accuracy

You represent that you are the authorized user of the mobile number you enroll and that you will keep your number updated. If you change your number, you should opt out of the SMS Program and re-enroll with your new number.

9.8 Privacy

Your participation is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share personal information (including phone numbers) and the role of service providers that help deliver messages. Shopify also lists privacy disclosures that should exist alongside SMS programs.

10) Privacy & Security

All personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy (posted on our website). Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may also collect and process certain data to provide and improve the platform services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goddess Made Hair LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
