Refund and Returns policy


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, sometimes this is not the case. You are able to receive a refund or exchange for items for 10 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery . To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Only items in their original condition and unaltered are eligible for refund or exchange. Also, the Custom Glueless Wigs are not eligible for returns. These items are customized to specification and confirmed prior to shipping. 


Refunds (if applicable)

We will send you an email to notify you once we receive and inspect your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days, contact your bank or credit card company. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@goddessmadehair.com


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@goddessmadehair.com and send your item to: Goddess Made Hair 13 Brannan Street #C7 McDonough, Georgia 30253


You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
