Shipping method selection may vary based on your location, package size/weight, and the service that best supports safe delivery.
Processing Time (Before Shipping)
Ready-to-Ship Items & Hair Extensions:

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing prior to shipment.
Custom Glueless Wigs:
-
Custom wigs require 10–14 business days for construction/processing before shipment.
Processing time does not include transit time.
Transit Time (After Shipping)
Once shipped, delivery time depends on your distance from our Atlanta warehouse.
USPS Priority Mail:

Estimated 2–3 business days in transit (after processing).
FedEx:

Delivery speed varies based on service selected and destination.
Please note: shipping time estimates are not guaranteed.
Shipping Add-Ons (Optional)
Customers may request the following upgrades at checkout (when available):

Signature Confirmation: $4 additional fee

Express Shipping: $24 additional fee
These fees are in addition to standard shipping charges (if applicable).
Tracking Updates
Once your order ships, you will receive:

An email confirmation with your tracking number

Ongoing tracking update emails until the order is delivered
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.
Delivery Responsibility & Carrier Delays
Once your order leaves our facility, Goddess Made Hair is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for:

Carrier delays

Delivery errors
-
Damages or losses caused by USPS, FedEx, or any other carrier
These situations are outside of our control.
Claims Policy

If tracking information shows your package has been delivered, it is not eligible for a claim.

Only one claim may be filed per order.

Submitting a claim does not guarantee approval.
If you believe your package is missing, we recommend:

Checking around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, leasing office, neighbors)

Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number

Filing a report with your local post office/FedEx facility if needed
Returns Shipping Reminder
If you are shipping an item back to us valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.
