Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition:

• USPS Priority Mail - For Hair Extensions and Ready-to-Wear Wigs
• FedEx - Available for all products

Processing Times

Hair Extensions & Ready-to-Wear Wigs: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Signature Custom Glueless Wigs: Due to the custom nature of these premium pieces, processing time is 10-14 business days. Once your custom wig is completed, it will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx.

Signature Confirmation

For added security and peace of mind, signature confirmation is available upon request for an additional fee. This ensures your package is delivered directly to you and requires a signature upon delivery.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We strive to offer competitive rates while ensuring your products arrive safely.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within 2-3 business days, while FedEx options may vary. Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 10 days of purchase on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to initiate an exchange request. For items being shipped back valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
